Rule Priority Order

Rules are checked in Priority order, based on State and Rule Age.

This is important, since only the first matching rule is the only one executed.

Priority	Rule State
HIGHEST	Fixed (only if the job's timestamp is older than the rule's Fix ID)
	Wontfix
	Open
LOWEST	Assigned

Within each state, the rule priority is based on rule age (the older the rule, the higher priority).

For example, if a Signature has two open rules #13.3, and #13.7, the chosen rule will be #13.3.

Note: inactive rules are only executed against jobs matching the fix timestamp or before.

Templates

If no active rules match an incoming job, Rule Templates are checked last.
