What is Simscope?

Welcome to Simscope!

Simscope is a tool for Hardware Verification which:

• Improves verification engineer productivity.
• Improves silicon quality, by tracking errors and preventing them from getting into silicon.
• Shortens project schedules, through engineers being more efficient at finding and grouping bugs.
• Gives visibility to management, to see how healthy an overall project is, throughout the design cycle.

I'm a New User

New users should read the Simscope Workflow.

Search Engine

Simscope can search:

• Signatures
• Regressions
• Tests
• Issues
• Triage/Assignments.
• Rules.
• Models (ie Commits)

Open REST API

Simscope exposes its dataset as a REST API, so users and groups can query and customize.

It comes with a packaged Python API implementation, but this can be ported to any other language support REST queries (Ruby, Javascript, Perl, etc).
